It’s fun to run especially when you are conscious and always trying to live a healthy and normal life or you could be a professional track-and-field player. Rain or shine, you see to it that you get a daily 45-minute jog or run to keep yourself fit but there is also one thing that you should know especially when you do so much running under the heat of the sun. Too much sun exposure can be harmful to your skin, more so, if you have skin moles. That’s right, although these dark spots or protrusions on your skin are not that harmful, they can develop later in life, melanoma, a type of skin cancer and you just need to know a few pointers or signs of melanoma. If your moles gets asymmetrical in shape, or the color of the other half of a mole becomes different from its other half or if rough edges start to show, then, know how to get rid of body moles and save yourself from possible cancer risks.
